Wonder if Capito will come out for it after(almost inevitably) winning Rockefeller's seat. She's damn near to the left of Manchin.

Well, it's not like I know a spectacular amount about West Virginia and its politicians. All I know of Capito is that she's openly pro-choice and was apparently deadly likely to face a Senate primary for a while. Tongue
