This is a constitutional amendment passed by the Midwest Althing to amend
the Midwest's Fourth Constitution. According to Section II, part (c) because this has my (the Governor's) support, it needs 50% for successful ratification.
Voting begins immediately upon the opening of this voting booth and polls will close 7 days from now. Your ballot should follow normal election rules and a vote will be discarded if you edit your ballot after a length of 20 minutes, vote twice, or vote after the time parameters. If you're legally registered with the Registrar General and meet all other requirements, you can vote.
