I love the idea of abolishing standardized testing, but we definitely need more insight on the MWES as Arturo said. I personally disagree with not warning teachers about their evaluations, but beyond that, the bill looks great! I might add an exemption as well that this bill be exempt from the Midwest Gambling Freedom Act because Section 2, Clause 3 could potentially be considered a violation of Clause 4 of MGF.

Seeing as how Sol never gave an argument on his behalf as the sponsor of this bill and that a lot of the same stuff in there is already passed, I'm tabling this bill, effective immediately.
