she is okay.  i dont care much for the anti-banking populism though

She was a registered Republican until 1996 and says she stopped supporting them because she felt they went too far with deregulation.

Probably the most dangerous senator in America after Al Franken.

What makes Al Franken more dangerous to someone of your ideology than say, Tammy Baldwin or Sherrod Brown?

The fact that he's so virulent in his hatred of conservatives.  It's not so much him as a person; it's that I think he's unfit for elected office.  I wish he had stuck to comedy.

You don't think his temperament is a lot more moderate now than when he wrote that? He's no where near as radical as Republican Senators.
