No way. He's to the left of about half of them!
The world would have been better off if a certain software company based in Washington state never looked up a tiny computer company named Seattle Computer, and bought off one of their products and its developer for operating system development for an up-and-coming 16-bit platform.
(note: some of the 'certain software company''s products include an operating system based on BSD UNIX, an extremely unpopular software package for those unpopular with computers, a few different database products, and one of its most popular products, an operating system based loosely off of VMS).
Making the hints obvious: those products are XENIX, Bob, Access/FoxPro/SQL Server, and what was originally to be called NT OS/2.
