I assume I don't have future knowledge but roughly my OTL political beliefs.

For example, I assume I oppose slavery, but pre-1840 it doesn't present itself as a big issue and that I am not especially violent about it (given the full fury of my current anti-slavery beliefs and no future knowledge of how foolish it would have been, I could easily have joined John Brown's gang of terrorists/freedom fighters/insurgents/insertwordhere, or at least supported the Underground Railroad).

Years I'm mainly a Democrat:

1789: Washington
1792: Washington
1796: Adams
1800: Jefferson
1804: Jefferson
1808: Madison

1824: Clay (JQ Adams w/hindsight)
1828: Jackson (JQ Adams w/hindsight)
1832: Clay

The Gilded Age:
1880: Garfield
1884: Blaine (w/hindsight, Cleveland)
1888: Cleveland
1892: Cleveland
1896: McKinley
1900: McKinley
1904: Parker
1908: Taft
1912: reluctantly Taft
1916: Hughes
1920: Harding
1924: Coolidge
1928: Hoover (w/hindsight, undecided)

FDR-era and Beyond (mostly Republican, with some Libertarian)
1932: Write-in DanielX Tongue (egad! the candidates sucked!)
1936: reluctantly Landon
1940: Willkie
1944: undecided (w/hindsight, Dewey)
1948: Dewey
1952: Eisenhower
1956: Eisenhower

1964: Goldwater
1968: Nixon (w/hindsight, write-in Reagan)
1972: Nixon (w/hindsight, Hospers)
1976: MacBride (w/hindsight, probably Ford)
1980: Reagan (although I might have considered Anderson or Clark)
1984: Reagan
1988: Bush (w/hindsight, Paul)
1992: Perot (I supported Bush, but I was 5 years old at the time...)
1996: Dole (supported); Support Forbes in Rep. Primary (I supported Dole, Alexander, and Gramm for no reason other than name recognition)
2000: Browne (supported); Support Forbes in Rep. Primary (I supported Dole and McCain)
2004: Bush (w/hindsight....gee.... they all pretty much sucked in 04)
