I've been presuming he is, but am open to correction. I've not really looked into who's eligible or not yet. So far I've just been presuming the registered voter roll reflects the valid voters (I'll probably get around to checking the later registrations at some point later in the weekend).  A

Anyway, gporter is on the roll and I think that he's been continuously registered for some time - so I'm presuming he's valid until someone shows me something that suggests otherwise.

Ah, I see.
My interpretation of the Absentee Voting Act (particularly section 2, clauses 3 & 4) is that gporter's vote in the official (non-absentee) thread does indeed count.

gporter has a strong record at invalidating his ballots (only probably surpassed by Kevin).
I wouldn't be willing to wager either way on some sort of invalidating act before the close of polling.

I am not sure if it was a mistake on Earls part or not. But it was the intent that the DS RPPers retain the name RPP. Whether that was ever made official or not, I don't know.
