Tally on Final Vote
Aye: 0
Nay: 3 (Verily; Moderate; Ebowed)
Abstain: 1 (Sam)
Yet to Vote: 6 (afleitch; Al; Brandon; Earl; Lewis; Rob)

Given that 7 Aye votes are needed for a Constitutional Amendment to pass the Senate, and given 3 Nay votes and 1 declared abstention, this Amendment is failing and so Senators have 24 hours within which they may change their votes.
