If Centre, NCP and Finns Party get a majority between them is there a chance that Finns Party will join the other two form an ruling bloc or is the Blue Reform split mean that there is no way that Finns Party will join a Center-Right government ?

The leader of Finland's center-left Social Democratic Party says he hasn't ruled out having the populist Finns Party as a governing coalition partner, but its differing "value base" is an obstacle.

Helsinkian, will there be a YLE projection at 7pm (8pm your time) ?

I thought voting stops at 8pm Helsinki time so will YLE be able to do that ?

So far the increase in vote share for the Left parties are not as large as I feared ... good.

YLE projection currently has:

SDP 17.7%
Finns 17.2%
NCP 17.2%

I would think the Finns would end up lower then that ...

I am confused on how the Finns vote share could be going up as more of Helsinki comes in ..

Math.

The Election Day vote for PS is stronger relative to what was already counted ...

Ok so even in Helsinki the Finns vote over-performed early voting right by such a margin that overcame the effect of later reporting of Helsinki to the total.  Wow.

If you add Blue Reform vote share to Finns party and NYT vote share to NCP then this election was pretty much Centre party losing a bit of support to everyone else which really adds up.

I assume government formation will be SDP-NCP-SFP plus either  Left Alliance or Greens ?  Not sure how the economic policy will work in such a government.  I have to assume Centre will go into opposition given its losses so the only alternative is to have Finns in the government.
