What is betrayal by Gove.  Feels like Brown-Blair 1994 only it is not clear at all Gove will win.  Most likely he will not.

GBP jumps on news that Boris will not run.  Not clear to me why.  Perhaps the feeling is that May has a lock now ?

I guess May is the best choice for the CON electoral prospects.  A Eurosceptic that was part of the Stay campaign.  That way she is not weighed down by the unfulfilled promises of the Leave campaign yet can carry out a Leave policy and pull in UKIP votes.
