BTW, he also  warned of “riots” if power-brokers deny him the nomination at the convention even if he's leading in the delegate count.

He looks like he has enough of a stranglehold on the nomination that he can get away with this. Furthermore, as has been noted, the less people there are, the harder it is for him to get away with his lack of knowledge on subjects with hardline bluster and general Trumpiness.

Besides, Kasich shouldn't even be there; he's been mathematically eliminated from securing the nomination without contested convention shenanigans.

So Cruz will debate himself ?
