Clinton's strategy seems to be : Keep on saying how great Obama so the AA vote goes her way.  She want to knock out Sanders in the South where the AA vote dominate the Dem primary.

But nothing of what Sanders says about FDR is about foreign policy.  The question is about foreign policy principles.
