I saw a discussion similar to this on DKE, and I figured I'd ask it here:


Imagine a theoretical Senate where every state elected one Republican and one Democrat. Who would you want from each state?  The only qualifier is that it be someone politically active, and someone who could theoretically be elected statewide (I love Daylin Leach, but he can't win a statewide race in Pennsylvania, for example).
