Given Bob Filner's recent troubles, he seems fairly likely to resign.

If that happens, a special election would be held and DeMaio would be the clear favorite to win that.


What are the odds that A) Filner resigns and B) DeMaio drops his congressional campaign in order to run for mayor again?
