Rolling call under way now.

Rand Paul just voted yes, only no votes I've heard thus far are the two Senators from Texas, John Cornyn and Ted Cruz.

EDIT: Jim Inhofe of Oklahoma also voted no.

Cornyn and Inhofe voted for Hillary, only 2 voted against (DeMint and Vitter). Was Vitter the 'present' vote for Kerry?

94-3 is surprisingly lopsided. I thought there'd be like 10 no votes.

yes they both were sworn in weeks ago. I heard Scott vote aye.
