Carte Goodwin's the best bet Dems would have. Him going up against Capito to get back to the Senate would be foolish.

I'd still say it's Likely R unless there's some strong wave coming. WV's going to be hostile to Democrats this cycle, and the Democratic Party does not have much time left.
