I really don't see how you could be sure this chick was guilty, even in a non-legal/gut way.

Maybe slightly leaning towards guilty but I can't see being positive.

There's no motive other than a Satanic ritual, which reeks of a desperate provincial prosecutor, and there's no evidence either.
