Assuming either Republicans control the Senate or a 50-50 Senate, (one of those two things will happen), I don't Biden will even be able to confirm a cabinet nominee.

In addition to that, once Republicans take the House in 2022 (I expect that'll happen, the question is by how much),I'd expect Republicans to begin impeachment proceedings against Harris and Biden and install Kevin McCarthy as President (or more likely, they elect Trump or Trump Jr. Speaker, and and install him as President).

Where are Republicans going to find the votes for a Senate conviction? One of the (many) perverse lessons of the Trump era is that the president is immune to checks and balances provided his/her party is completely devoid of integrity and willing to excuse any transgression. Hopefully, Biden exploits this wrinkle in the system to maximum partisan advantage. Because I have no doubt that future Republican presidents (should we be so unfortunate) won't hesitate to follow their predecessor's example. It's just the unfortunate ethical price of being dragged into unrestrained political warfare with a nascent fascist movement.

They'll get the Supreme Court that removal from office depends on the number of total Senators present, and then just lock out all of the Democrats.
