Maybe Brown can say that he feels he need to serve his state more first.

Two of his socks were... R/H and Goldeneye. If UWS hasn't been banned, it probably won't be long before he is.

NHI is/was a wonderful game mod, who is one of the most fair and balanced you would find. Plus, he writes wonderful timelines as well.
