Lee Township, Michigan man, Dale Hopfinger faced a problem when he tried to vote on Election Day.  Local records apparently said he died on September 25.  Alive and well, Hopfinger was able to convince local officials to let him cast a ballot, last week. The source of the problem is believed to be a clerical error.

Do you believe local officials acted correctly in allowing Hopfinger to vote before the problem was corrected?
