Ah, first of you'll need excel. You'll want to open the link in Edge where it'll direct you to Excel

I opened it in Edge and the same thing happened. Is there a way to open it directly in Excel?

Hmm, when I open it in Edge it brings up a menu thing after a few seconds asking if I want to open it in the desktop app. Check to make sure you are currently logged into an office account and have the full version of Excel

I sent you a PM, but the short version is that I logged into Office on edge and on excel, with the same account, and still got the same fail message
