I dont recall that being the case... it'd be interesting to get the data on Presidential speeches and uses of those words to find the frequency (both before and after you control for total number of words spoken) used by each President going back let's say to Kennedy.

Even if Obama had that dubious honor though, his actions don't convey that the way Trump's do. Loyalty pledges anyone?
