1. I copied a map of the election I had made, colored over the original map, and merged the layers.
2. You have to find an image for an "identifier" of the fictional candidate (i.e. for a blue dog from West Virginia, go with Joe Manchin).
3. Change the part of the map URL preceding AL to https://uselectionatlas.org/TOOLS/genusmap.php?type=mock&year=2016&off=0&ev_c=0&ev_p=0&pty=2& and add &PR=(party);(EV);(%) to gain access to Puerto Rico. No way to add the Virgin Islands, I'm afraid.

What do you mean "merged the layers"? I'm trying to do the same thing myself (for um, no reason Wink )

I use paint.net, where you can open a new layer to an image.

I went there and it redirected me to a website that sells physical paint

For the election of 2064 scenario which I created.

Do his contemporaries call him William J. Rutherford B. Hayes? Wink

I see the joke which you have made. It is a good joke. But the scenario itself also warrants some attention.

I've seen the scenario laid out in great detail in your other posts, so I don't feel like I have anything substantial to add. It's a well-thought-out chain of events though!
