Well given that we've basically made 16 year olds adults in our region (i.e. pornography, age of concent, drinking age, drug use, tobacco consumption) I wouldn't be able to support a measure with unequal wages, with all due respect.
What's the school leaving age? I assumed that there was schooling all the way to 18
I'd assume that's 16 as well. Federal supremacy and all.
Wonderful, just what we need. Thousands of "adults" leaving school a age 16, because they reached the legal age of becoming an "adult", and can therefore decide to leave school on their own, without permission from parents.
Well considering this is also pretty much the case in the United States IRL...
