I'd say 35-40.  His infatuation with the Braves of the 90s suggests he had to have been sentient for at least part of their glory years.

Bingo. It would be very strange for someone under 30 to be talking about the 1990s Braves so much.

Well, of course, the counter argument to that is that bronz is very strange.
