You gave instructions above as to when you would close the booth and now you aim to contradict those instructions? If this booth is not open for a full 72 hours, I will contest the certification.

There would be no need to keep it open longer because a majority would have been reached.

We, citizens, have a right to vote regardless of how others vote or what the result is. Do you believe we lose our right to vote if our vote doesn't change the outcome of an election?

Our constitution gives us 72 hours to cast that vote. DWDL told us we would have 72 hours to vote. If he exceeds his authority or contradicts the policy he himself set forth, I will remind him of the limitations of his authority in a constitutional government.

We have to have a special election for Lt. Gov, not an appointment. It's the Southeast Senate vacancy that calls for appointment, not a special election.

The Constitution says immediately. It shoud be run by the governor. The constitution doesn't indicate when the deadline for declaring is; for a regular election, I believe it's noon, CST, the day before the election starts.
