Indy is a little big, but Rasmussen had a 6% Indy as of June. Title: Re: TX: Other Source: McCain Leads TX by 10% Post by: Alcon on August 15, 2008, 03:32:17 PM McCain 43, Obama 33, Barr 5, Nader 2 When your major candidates only add up to 76%, it's a red flag re: leaners and/or surveyors, especially in a uni poll. Title: Re: TX: Other Source: McCain Leads TX by 10% Post by: agcatter on August 15, 2008, 07:04:08 PM I'd say McCain wins Texas by something like 56 - 43. He'll run roughly 5 pts lower than Bush in 2004.

Any poll with 17 percent Undecided, with less than three months before Election Day is easily considered a dodgy poll. Not to mention, I doubt Barack Obama will get within 10 points of John McCain in Texas this year. Maybe if he is extremely lucky but I highly, highly doubt it.
