And Obama continues to lead in every poll taken in Iowa this election season.

Because clearly McCain leads among blacks 55-45 (while losing Hispanics and whites. . .)

Fukcing subsamples.

It also seems that McCain is doing unusually well in SE Iowa, though I have to wonder what is designated as SE Iowa.

A decent result for McCain. I still think his chances of actually winning it are... slim.

Any chance the flooding had any effect on the outcome of this poll?

Weird party ID numbers.  Very weird.  Adjusted to SurveyUSA's party identification numbers from last month, this poll is Obama +16.  I have trouble believing that Democrats have a one-point registration advantage, which would be only a three-point swing from 2004.  Fishy.

I'm not certain what partisan impact it would have had (although Cedar Rapids, at least, is solidly Democratic), but I certainly wouldn't have conducted a poll in Iowa right now were I a pollster.

Deplorable. Conducting an interview in the midst of severe flooding. SurveyUSA should be ashamed.

In the sense that results are very likely to be wrong because a large percentage of the population is displaced, not any moral responsibility.
