Very strange result. Obama would win MA comfortably (any Democrat would).

McCain should definitely pull a win in Massachusetts.  Yep, no doubt about it.

SUSA has strange results from a lot of strong Democratic states. 2 points in Massachusetts but nearly thirty in California. Right.

Obama within six in Kansas. McCain within two in Massachusetts.

Accurate.

All these polls right now don't really mean anything... Just fun to see how they change.

But the Kansas poll does mean that Obama has a chance to have a chance to win Kansas!!!

Toss this one out, because McCain will not carry any Kerry states this election, especially Massachusetts.

No this just show that polling out this far really don't mean alot. McCain will win KS by 10% or more and Obama/Clinton will win MA by 10% or more.

Now will you people believe me about early polls? Though McCain will do "well" in certain historically Republican parts of Massachusetts.

No. Only when Obama is losing will we believe you about early polls.

polls are going to look like this here for a while as disgruntled, older racist Catholics cry in their collective beer over the fact that a black has risen to the top of their party.  Obama's going to win here, but it'll look a lot more like Dukakis' margin in 1988 than what Gore or Kerry were able to pull off.

So you think Obama might even lose a county or two?

I doubt that'll happen. Obama might underperform Gore or Kerry, but Patrick managed to take every county.

McCain is a better candidate than Healey. Not that that's hard.

These Survey USA polls seem a bit off...stick with Rasmussen.

he might lose Worcester and Plymouth.  neither were very kind to him in the primary.

Well, to be pedantic, all of Massachusetts outside Boston could be considered historically Republican :) But Democrats having been doing well, at Presidential level at least, in the west of the state since the late '20's (Franklin only really came round in the '80's though).

But of course. Though I think the swing in Norfolk will be "interesting" as well (not enough to cause Obama to lose it though).

Psh. Wait until they poll New Jersey; they'll have McCain up 21-10 with 69% Undecided :P
