With Sununu out, and with Trump highly likely to lose this state again, I don't see Shaheen losing. I wouldn't be surprised if her margin ended up being narrower than this, given how polarized New Hampshire is, but she should not be in any danger, and should do better than she did in 2014 against Scott Brown.
