I'd give DeSantis Wisconsin otherwise spot on. Also I might give Haley Minnesota if you're giving her Detroit, but by then who knows if there will be any Republicans left in the MSP suburbs.

Dems are maxed out in most suburban areas. Probably not going to be the case and even if trends continue which they won't, 2024 is way too soon for that statement to be true.
