Some white working class Democrat who lives in Florissant, became extremely racist after the BLM protests in Ferguson, and started voting Republican. He’s still distrustful of mainstream Republicans like Blunt and Ashcroft and votes Democrat occasionally to get revenge for the primaries.

OK, my next guy supported Obama in 2008; went for Coats in 2010; backed Romney, Pence, and Donnelly in 2012; voted for Clinton, Young, and Holcomb in 2016; and Braun in 2018.

My example could also apply to South (St. Louis) County and Jefferson County in Missouri, especially considering the latter's big swing to the GOP.
