WE WANT WELD!

Seriously, please bring Weld back to us.

However, I doubt he can win a primary, even in Massachussets, due to his endorsement of Barack Obama in 2008 (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BeWroClQhbs)

I wonder what Brown's chances could really be here. His favorables are down to +6 but Markey is just breaking even. Brown is a much better campaigner, too.

Democrats will unite against Brown, plus he'll be called on his for his Fox News work.

What the hell's with Markey's low approval rating? Sure he's about as exciting as watching paint dry, but after winning the election one'd assume he'd revert to "standard D" popularity. Which for a federal candidate in MA, should be in the upper-mid 40's minimum.

Apparently his "present" vote on the Syria Resolution raised some eyebrows.
