If it's based on the more recent estimates, Wake is the largest Obama county.
Title: Re: Biggest Counties Won (D and R) in 2012 Post by: Snowstalker Mk. II on July 17, 2013, 11:17:53 AM And of course my county is the biggest for Romney. It's literally voted Democratic once since the Civil War.

Yes this is by the 2010 census, and even by most recent estimate Mecklenburg is still the biggest county, not really sure where you got that from. http://quickfacts.census.gov/qfd/maps/north_carolina_map.html Title: Re: Biggest Counties Won (D and R) in 2012 Post by: ElectionsGuy on July 17, 2013, 07:56:46 PM And of course my county is the biggest for Romney. Much of Wisconsin is rural anyway. There are some nice tourism spots to visit near Milwaukee like the Milwaukee County Zoo, and Wisconsin Dells just north of Madison, but overall just an average place to live I suppose. Title: Re: Biggest Counties Won (D and R) in 2012 Post by: ElectionsGuy on July 25, 2013, 07:44:30 AM Corrected Minnesota, Anoka was the largest Romney won, not Stearns. For some reason I though Obama won Anoka.
