How many exist? NY-13 is an obvious one, are there any others?

Based on the areas that swung Democratic, probably not. Most of the swings were either in hardcore Obama areas to begin with (the Mississippi delta, North NJ, Philly), or in hardcore Republican areas where Obama got a dead cat bounce (parts of the Deep South, random isolated counties in the Great Plains & West).

The Cuban districts are a possibility (esp. FL-26 and FL-27 which were close in 2008).

Obama won FL-26 and FL-27. Romney narrowly won FL-25, it appears.
