At this rate, I have to wonder if Perry will make it to the CNN debate.

He's polled 1% or higher in three national polls taken between July and now, so he is guaranteed entrance into the kids' debate.

He's winding down the campaign. He'll withdraw soon.

He'll probably stay for the CNN debate and just see if a miracle happens. He's guranteed a place at the kids table.
