The Sweden Democrats are rising fast in the polls: 20% in YouGov and 22% in Sentio. Not far behind S and M.

Sentio, who only base their polls on web panels, are also known for constantly showing the Sweden Democrats with significantly higher numbers than other polling companies (the same with YouGov). While they're definitely bigger now, I doubt they're at these kinds of numbers. Other polls generally have them at around 17% or so.

Well, before the election the other pollsters had SD around 8-11 percent. Sentio's last poll before the election had them at 12.7%, which was pretty much what they got in the election (12.9%).

I see that Alliansen has broken off the "December agreement" between the two main blocks. First the Christian Democrats renounced it, and then the three other parties followed suit. http://www.nsd.se/nyheter/alliansen-do-har-fallit-9581843.aspx

New election coming?

Swedish Leftist politicians apparently attended an anti-semitic rally in Malmö:

"Swedish Foreign Minister claims the country is 'facing collapse' because of the mass influx of refugees"

Of course, she's not calling for it to stop, just calling for more money from the EU, more equal distribution of refugees across the EU.

She wants the whole of Western Europe to collapse, not just Sweden.

So, now Sweden has raised the country's terror threat level with the revelation that there is a 25-year old ISIS member in the country who, according the the security services, is actively plotting a terrorist attack. Apparently he was able to travel from Syria to Sweden through the rest of Europe without anyone stopping him. Thanks, Schengen!

Sweden intends to bring back conscription after abolishing it in 2010, citing changes in the security situation of the region.

Alliance: 32.5%
Red-Greens: 36.4%

Having permanent party blocks seems silly in a situation where neither bloc is going to get a majority.

So, I see that Greens are under the 4 % hurdle in all of the three most recent polls.

And even the worst polls for SD now give them a support of around 20 percent.

Looks like the cordon sanitaire against the Sweden Democrats is coming to an end, as the Moderates, Liberals and Christian Democrats have published a joint immigration policy proposal with the Sweden Democrats.

Löfven continues as Prime Minister. What an anticlimax.
