SUSA did some last-minute polls of stuff in California. Prop 14 looks likely to pass, it's up 50-28. For Lt. Governor, Gavin Newsom leads Janice Hahn 43-27, while Abel Maldonado leads Sam Aanestad 26-16, with four other candidates each taking 6-7 percent. In CA-19, Jim Patterson leads Jeff Denham 34-30, with Dick Pombo a distant third at 17%. The two Democrats in CA-19 are tied, not that it matters.

So according to the SUSA poll Harris has a 6 point lead, though 26% with 15% undecided doesn't exactly lock things up. And this Delgadillo guy isn't far enough behind to count him out if you dislike both Harris and Kelly.

Oh SUSA also has a Tea Party subsection now. So Campbell does horribly among teabaggers. Funny because he's actually quite conservative economically. But I guess he doesn't hateth teh gays enough for that racist, homophobic bigoted bunch.

And you can check out Dunn's opponent, Orly Taitz, here.  To put it as charitably as possible, what Taitz needs, in addition to a new hairdo, is a new research assistant.

Another one of my easiest votes in the primary. A smart, charismatic black republican vs a crazy woman. Not hard at all.

I also voted for Cooley for AG. Some here actually think he has a chance? Well if he can win in LA county, I guess he can win statewide. Harris would be a pretty bad candidate statewide (although I support her), but then so would Kelly. I think the D next to their name should pull them through.
