Anyone who thought he was a Washington outsider was a moron.
During his daddy's Presidency, he used classified information given to him by his daddy to sell stock in a company that he was in the board of directors of, and didn't report the sale as required by law, and would have gotten in trouble for inside trading, except that his daddy was President.
