Love it! The first map is what happens when you're a central PA State Representative running against two urban* candidates.  Tongue  Not surprising that Conklin received that kind of support outside of the urban areas but it still is an upset that he beat Saidel (even with Smith-Ribner splitting his vote).  I have no idea why Smith-Ribner did so well in NE PA. Very impressive for a black female candidate not even from that part of the state.

The second one has a more special place in my heart since I ended up becoming friends with one of the candidates. Easily the craziest map I've seen. Incredible stuff. Regionalization at its finest.

*I was always under the impression she was from Philly. It turns out her husband was a judge here.
