Christ, DC, one can't be 'middle class' without a proper degree from a real university - the community college is entirely working class.  As for riding round on public transport, unless your in Connecticut/Westchester/Long Island, you can't seriously entertain such a notion, and in any case you'd still need a car for around the house. 

Which is why most folks should live in big cities, and the rural areas should be largely Agrarian, with very low populations.

I don't think it is a "snobbery competition."  It's more like a debating tactic.  The bottom line is the results.  If someone thinks that shutting down the government for no reason and shaving $24 billion off of GDP is a good idea they are either ignorant or stupid.  I don't know which.

Let's be honest.  These are Americans people we are talking about.  We all know the average American person doesn't know anything about science regardless of which political party they belong to.

Well the guy has basically governed as a Republican, so I don't see why not. I mean, what with all the extra-judicial murders going on abroad, the ever growing surveillance state, tearing up UAW contracts, pushing for charter schools and going after teachers, and with the rich now owning even more of the country's wealth, I'd say that Obama will be remembered very fondly as the Democrat who did most of the Republicans' dirty work.

All Democratic presidents are like that TNF.  You and I can see that it is a center-right party, but the Republicans can't see that because they have mental problems.
