Maybe the Senate can handle that under the direction of an elected Senator responsible for the wiki. Such Senator would create a thread in which any Senator may nominate, discuss and finally vote for the article of the month.

I think the Senate could handle this pretty well. If Senator bgwah thinks a comitee would be better, I have no problem giving it a try anyways. In any case, I strongly support this bill.
