About two-thirds voted for the GOP in the 1994 midterms, but the decline in the Perot vote from 1992 to 1996 probably benefited Clinton more than Dole. The 8% who voted for Perot in 1996 were probably more right-wing as whole than the 19% in 1992 and probably voted for the Republicans mostly from 2000 onwards.
