Opinion of the Bhutanese Government

My Congressman is chair of the Congressional Nepal Caucus and I was talking to him about the time the caucus went to Bhutan to get them to let in more Nepalese refugees. He told me that they were the nicest, happiest people in the world and that the king was the most charming person of all. They all had such a wonderful time that it didn't really sink in until they left that not only had the King refused the request to let in more refugees: they had actually pledged to evict the ones they had as fast as possible.

So I guess I go with odd government.
