Scenarios in order of likelihood.

Scenario 1: Limbaugh and Webb are elected by Congress (Webb gets some votes from moderate Senate Republicans)

Scenario 2: Limbaugh and Coulter are elected by the Republican Congress.

Scenario 3: Huntsman and Webb are elected in Congress by a coalition of Democrats and moderate Republicans.

WILD CARD: Moore backs a deal with Huntsman and gets New York's electors to vote for Huntsman in exchange for certain issue and cabinet concessions.
