This doesn't seem too bad at face value. I'll see how it plays out and how it affects the IL economy before developing an official opinion on it.

Rauner didn't go through his entire campaign without mentioning right to work. The people knew what they were voting for.

As for the minimum wage, a strong majority of the whole country (myself included) is standing with Quinn there, so it's not anything remarkable that IL agrees with Quinn on it.
