Well, to clarify, there are three positions on the commission. The President gets to appoint one, and the Senate gets to appoint two. One of the two appointed by the Senate must be a Senator, the second can be anyone the Senate chooses (including a second Senator). Kind of a wordy explanation, I think the Wiki Article of the Month Act is easier to understand:

"The commission shall be officially known as the "Wiki Commission," and shall consist of three members; one Senator to be selected among the Senate, one citizen to be selected by the Senate (who may also be a Senator), and one citizen selected by the President"

I hope that clears up any confusion. Tongue

And with tmth having already been appointed by the President, I think Antonio would be a fine choice for the remaining seat on the commission.

Technically fuzzy voted after seven days but even in that case, the final vote would by 5-0-1 at the time thus pass. And that's not even factoring in the fact that there are 9 senators instead of 10 presently. To make a long story short, Antonio is confirmed six ways to Sunday. Tongue
