afleitch v WildCard v Naso
Wildcard dominates the conservative vote, but the presence of Naso on the ballot costs him his chances of election - splitting the Republican vote and allowing afleitch to pick up some states, he may not have in a straight 2-way election.

With the left all to himself and a strong ability to appeal to the centre and even some right-of-centre voters, afleitch carries the day 300-238.

For the record, I'm probably only a little bit to the right of Giuliani so I think that Afl and myself would be fighting over the center I'd have the center right and lose some conservatives to Naso.

I'm hardly mr left wing Smiley I can appeal to the left better than you or Naso but I'd more than hold my own in the centre and centre right. In some scenarions it would be my undoing but I think I would have an edge in this race.

Skipeth me.

Did I say you would not win? No, you would hold onto the Left and center left. We'd likely split the center I'd have the center right and Naso would get a bulk of the conservatives thus pushing it in your favor.

Sensei 350
Naso 188
Josh 0

Despite winning no states, Josh gets about 15% of the vote; which is enough to skew map into Sensei's favor.

Jas vs Josh vs Naso

Jas 276 / Josh 131 / Naso 131

Sorry Mike, but Josh's economic populism gives him Ohio

Hawk (RED): 341
Josh (BLUE): 197
Jas (GRAY): 0

Jas pulls more moderates away from both sides, but hurts Josh more in the long run giving Hawk a significant victory.

Jas=red, Naso=blue, Josh=green

The South and West are basically two-way battles between Josh & Naso, while the Northeast and Pacific are won in relative romps by Jas.  The Midwest is the real battleground, where Jas wins mostly because of conservative vote-splitting.

ilikeverin - 267
fezzyfestoon - 260
AkSaber - 11

AkSaber's libertarian message carves out a niche vote and makes himself a genuine contender for electoral votes in many states. His wins deprive both the major party candidates of an outright win in the electoral college, though impinge on fezzy more than ilikeverin.

LOL. The very idea that the one economic moderate wouldn't run away with the election shows how hackish you are, Naso.
