The GOP is so scared of this guy it's unbelievable.

The OH GOP has been going after Cordray hard since November 9th.

I mean hes the only one who can really compete with Husted/Dewine right now
Maybe the GOP is afraid Cordray would reverse the trends set by Trump in Ohio. Maybe I'm being a partisan hack, but it could mean that the GOP thinks Ohio in 2016 could've been a one-off, and that Trump had a unique appeal that couldn't be replicated.

I hope Cordray give a hard "yes" or "no" to a run soon. Ohio Dems can't afford to fall much further than they are. That's not to say Cordray is the only Dem who could win. The field seems to be fairly decent right now.

In the wake of Senator Cliff Hite's resignation, state house leaders will be releasing a document detailing two-year's worth of sexual harassment claims at the state house. Term-limited Rep. Mike Henne (R-Clayton) is know to be featured. Other members are as of yet unknown. Henne plans on finishing his term.

Oh I missed this!

jesus lol

"Party of Family Values"

What a F**king joke.

My thoughts exactly. But aren't you a Republican?

Though, that said, it can't be assumed Democrats aren't also guilty. Sexual harassment in state capitals is a huge problem. Sacramento's sexual harassment problems were recently featured in some article I read, and it's obviously heavily Democratic over there.

Just because I'm a Republican that doesn't mean I can't criticize my own party.

We need more Rs like this.

I wonder if this effects legislative elections at all.

Unrelated: Warren County went from having zero (0) elected Democrats in the county to fifteen (15)!
I can't find any results for it. What offices did Ds pick up? I find it a little hard to believe considering Warren County has been an R stronghold since the founding of the GOP.

Been waiting for 7 years to see Cordray finish what happened against DeWine. I hope Cordray defeats DeWine and begins to rebuild the old Democratic coalition in OH in the Appalachian Southeast and the industrial northeast.

So say the pretty accurate rumorists over at 3rd Rail.
I thought Sutton was one of the Democrats that criticized Cordray for stepping down from CFPB? If it's true, it could bridge the divisions created from the primary.
