LMAO that's most decidedly not what they said. The suit asked for an injunction from further violations, & now that Trump is out of office, asking for an injunction became moot. It's that simple. Yes, it's very sad that Trump was able to merely run out the clock on this case 'til the issue became moot, but this ruling (with literally no dissents noted, because of course there'd be no dissents noted on something as procedurally clear as this) doesn't even equate in any way, shape, or form to new case law on emoluments, let alone to a ruling that "the emoluments clause can't be enforced."
